What is the best time to take a Carbogel?

Carbogel can be taken at multiple points during a competition. For example, in mixed sports competitions like team sports (football, volleyball, basketball, rugby, water polo, American football...), it can be taken just before entering the field, even during activation/warm-up, or between periods. Similarly, in mixed sports like CrossFit, Carbogel can be taken 10-15 minutes before starting the competition. In Endurance sports, Carbogel will be essential for maintaining peak performance throughout the competition, starting from the first hour onwards.

During an endurance race, can I take more than one Carbogel?

Carbogel contains the optimal dose to be taken every 20 minutes after the first hour of competition, when glycogen stores will begin to be depleted.

Is it easily digestible?
